Decided to try printing a set of badges instead of paying $180+ for the nice ones

I think they came out pretty good, someone who knows what they're doing could probably produce some that look amazing.

Materials costed around $2.70 overall (minus the $600 printer), hard to beat.

printed solid? You should take some close ups, Id like to see how smooth the curves came out, the photos are good but some areas look like really tiny step downs vs a curve.

(These files are an updated design with a nicer backplate and a logo that matches the original badge more)

I printed it with resin so the whole thing is solid. thinking about hollowing out the backplate so that it'll fit more flush with tape.

The design is curved all around but has some imperfections, I made a new design with the more angular look like the stock badges
