A90 Shop Order

I just heard back from A90 Shop-apparently there was a confusion about the parts availability. It is on back order. Not the best experience for my first order with the company. I requested refund and ordered from another vendor.

No mixup in availability that’s how they operate. Show everything in stock then tell u to wait. They are horrible for customer service. They will blame u for defective parts and charge u a restock fee. Avoid them at all costs.

They seem to have alot of confusion on whats in stock or not and being sent out. Contacted him once and then contacted by someone else, been almost a month for a carbon fiber piece that they list on their website without knowing if its in stock or not.

Promised 2 weeks after the confusion, now its been about a month since the order, not going to do business anymore with them cause i was going to alot from them in the future with their inventory but will stay away from a90 now.

They're a drop shipper. They get parts sent from suppliers directly to buyer, so they aren't up to date with stock numbers.

bought similar product from speedindustry next day after refund and got it mailed in next business day, best thing is they tell u if they have it in stock
