meh not really. My car is tuned and ive coded it. Not a fan of the throttle sensitivity with sport plus, but the trans does feel like it shifts slightly faster. If you already have bimmercode it worth a shot. Personally i just use the sport individual mode and only have sport + selected for the trans. Everything else is sport and suspension is set on comfort

Same, I'm JB4 tuned, but tuned (custom map, meth). Sport+ for trans only, engine sport, others comfort.
