Adjusting the brightness of DRLs

my driver side DRL is dimmer than the right side. I've changed th driver side and it's still dim. does anyone know how to adjust these??

You don't. Do you compare them by looking at them individually head on? If you are looking side to side one will always appear more dim.

I have viewed them front and side. I have had neighbors tell me my lights are different levels. is there anything to inprove this?? Thanks for the input.

Check the supply voltage. A dimmer light may be due to insufficient voltage on the driver side.
