Yeah, I guess a more appropriate question is what is the likelihood of these actually seeing a release? I think they would look nice, but I'm not about to drop $200 on a preorder without any real concrete proof it would be delivered.

AFAIK they just came out recently on brz-zzz.com. Not sure if he's distributing them yet but they look nearly finished, seem to be production models anyway.

That looks pretty good, but assuming they are hypothetically about to start churning out production models...I think that's absolutely crazy they can't make an adapter harness to adopt to the factory wiring.

Having to spend $1,300~ USD + shipping and then having to mess with the wiring harness on top of that just seems unnecessary to me. I'd be more happy paying $1,500 for a plug and play set than touching my taillight wiring harness.
