Anyone else have issues with Toyota Connect app?

The app refuses to accept my vin number and when I call support I get rerouted back and forth between bmw and Toyota support and they can’t figure out why. Told me they’ll call me back several times, never have. Dealership has no idea either.... Anyone else?

It's not a Toyota though, so those features aren't supported. Totally different.. everything.

Makes sense, only reason I was trying was because the dealership told me to use that app, never mentioned Supra connect, I found it on my own...
