Attempt to lower IAT’s. Heatshield Products Sticky Shield

Sure I could’ve swapped back the stock airbox. Instead, wrapped the Armaspeed box in this sticky wrap from Heatshield Products. Took a data log on a 73* day yesterday without the box wrapped. I’ll have to wait until it warms up again to data log and compare. This carbon fiber look weave beats the regular tin foil ones looks wise at least in my opinion. I know it may not be for everyone but it is what it is.

I've done the same to my airbox. It didn't do anything for IATs. It's not the airbox that's hot, it's the manifold that's hot.

Time to reflective heat wrap the manifold ? ? ?

I've been testing a passenger brake duct reroute to modded stock airbox.
