Base 3.0 Audio System Questions

Looking to upgrade the base model 3.0 sound system, sadly I wasn't in the JBL tax bracket. Has anyone done a swap and have some info on what to purchase? Disappointed that a car costs as much as it does...sounds like poop lol I miss my old Mustangs shaker pro system.

Looking for an OEM+ style sound - not trying to be the loudest and have my system shaking my glass crazy. Even considered going with Skar just for a cheap replacement to enjoy rap/edm music without suffering.

Saw somewhere it might be:
- Four 4” speakers
- Three 1” tweeters
- Two 8” subs

Can anyone confirm this? Or if you've done the swap what route did you do?

your correct in that. I wouldn’t be looking to put stock stuff in though. Hell if you wanna drive to PA. I will give u all the stock speakers

Nah I wouldn't do OEM like JBL - I want similar sound but a bit better. I don't mind going the cheapish route with Skar or PRV to swap, Just hate how cheap this car sounds lol
