BMW vs Supra tuners... any difference?

The supra community seems inundated with the same folks: botti, sam, payn, etc. There are many reputable b58 bmw tuners out there. Does it make a difference to go with these guys for your average 500-600whp tune that isn't pushing the limits? I just see so many folks waiting for remote revisions and such... seems like a nightmare. Is it worth making a huge effort to get remote tuned by one of these guys when you can get dyno tuned in person by solid bmw tuners?

If they are well versed in Gen2 B58 and have a good reputation, go for it. What I have found is that "tuners" that know Gen1 and haven't touched Gen2 get frustrated when things they know no longer apply.
