Brake pedal click / noise when releasing pedal quickly

Question: does anyone else's brake pedal click if you apply / break hard and then let off quickly? I was doing a brake change (upgrade) yesterday and pumped the pedal a couple times by hand after doing the pads (to ensure the brake pistons were contacting the pads,) now I seem to have developed an annoying click in the pedal ??‍??‍ thought I'd ask here before digging around under the dash... Didn't have time to investigate it yesterday

did you ever figure this out? i seem to have a similar issue, brand new car with 500 miles on it

Nope, mine resolved itself after a bit of driving
