C5 Oils

Does anyone know of any oil that has the C5, API SN and LL ratings of the current 0W-20 oil in our cars, that is available in a 5W-30 weight? I'm looking at something to try to alleviate the oil consumption and keep my car performing well without needing a new engine. Not sure this is the solution, but others have seen that this works. Thoughts? Anyone have one that fits the bill?

I think redline 5w-30 is a good choice

went round and round thinking about this on my last oil change. Read a few threads on BITOG forums and ended up just using Pennzoil Euro L in 5w30 since its easy to find and meets some of the other BMW LL specs that the previous b58 variants require.

It was a little concerning draining the 2nd oil change at 5k miles (4K on the oil) and the 0w20 flowed like water. Coming up on my next oil chance and I’ll probably send a sample to get analyzed

Yeah exactly. I did my first one at 900 miles. Filled with Pennzoil. I had mine sampled. Was ok. But it had only 900 miles on it. I have a track day in July, after which I'll change again and have it sampled.
