Hi okay so depending on what province you are from refined fuel comes from different parts of Canada/World and the pipelines that distribute it go to Terminals. Where I live (Winnipeg) we have two terminals for fuel an Esso and a Shell their fuel is the same its just stored so fuel companies can purchase fuel from them. I'll upload a Bill of Lading I have lying around as well so you can see what it looks like when you purchase fuel from a terminal. Anyways, Petro Canada stations, Shell, Esso, COOP all get fuel from these terminals. Hell, our company just delivered 20k litres of fuel and diesel to a coop station last night and we are not coop. The only major difference is the possibility of additives being added to the fuel so Shell will put an "additive" to their premium so it's "V Power". Now with 93/94 products it can be finicky because the way most people get that octane is by loading 91 and then increasing the ethanol content to boost the octane so that can be why fuel mixtures from different stations behave differently. Also depends on the gas stations tank systems if they have cross contamination or if there is an excess of water contamination etc. Ever since ethanol became mandated across the board it's been a bit of a mess since the variance of ethanol required by law is 5-10% and will be going up to 15% soon.Hey man, why is our fuel so inconsistent? Sounds like I should buy 91 octane from one of these companies instead of 94 and mix in ethanol myself to get reliable mixes.Hi okay so depending on what province you are from refined fuel comes from different parts of Canada/World and the pipelines that distribute it go to Terminals. Problem is since 91 is required to have ethanol I believe they’re adding more ethanol to boost the octane. I have access to a new additive that doesn’t contain ethanol or copper We’re using in our 94 Premium so I just get 91 and put the additive in my gas tank myself and it works great.Sounds like I should buy 91 octane from one of these companies instead of 94 and mix in ethanol myself to get reliable mixes.
Is there any talk of E-85 fuel making it's way to the pumps in canada?

As for E85 I don’t believe so although I’m trying to get it in Manitoba At least on a smaller scale perhaps selling it in 204L barrels etc at a reasonable price. I know some people sell E85 but charge $3-4 per litre which is robbery
https://www.cranbrooktoyota.com/new/GR Supra.htmlGood ol' AutoTrader just had a new listing for a white manual in Cranbrook BC if anyone is interested. Oddly enough the first manual that they sold there appears to be for sale privately as well... for more than the new one! If anyone jumps on it let me know!
Agreed, but the couple other MT's that I've seen listed by dealers were all listed higher than this.As per the Toyota builder which still has '23 models listed, $74,129.10 is the MSRP... so add a little PPF on that thing which the listing states and it seems like a normal price.
Now that I see all premium has ethanol, does that mean the recommendation for premium in things like snowblowers, lawnmowers, off road vehicles, etc can go back to regular? I thought the whole requirement for 91 premium in those was to avoid ethanol? Thanks for the info.
If you manage to get the E-85, ill be a happy customer
I almost want to call, it would be a good gauge of the market turning. Cranbrook isn't a big city, but it services a decent size area(Still small comparatively). If they don't have a buyer and no one has jumped on this from Vancouver, I'd say we are definitely slowing down in the West. Tough times for the few wanting $85k+ for these used. The Cranbrook dealership has moved a few Supras every year though so it's hard to say. I will be awaiting the sale!Agreed, but the couple other MT's that I've seen listed by dealers were all listed higher than this.
I’d be willing to bet there are strings attached, either a bunch of BS fees/extended warranty/pre-paid service, mandatory trade-in, financing through one of their lenders at a terrible rate or some combination.I almost want to call, it would be a good gauge of the market turning.
