Collision center can’t align the bumper with the light, any advice on where to get it aligned or how to? In Arizona

Someone backed into me 2 weeks ago, slow collision. Collision center is having a hard time adjusting the bumper to its original place. They aligned both the sides and the hood, however there is a gap in between the light and the nose.

Can you take a photo from the front of the car showing the difference? If the Supra is like any other BMW, there is a decent amount of adjustment to get panels aligned right.

I say this because on my old 435i and M3, I sometimes needed a floor jack under the front nose cone to hold it in place when I reinstalled it. It's not a simple just stick it on and everything aligns up.

Collision centers suck at aligning panels with the Supra, I had to get a bit of bumper work done last fall and they weren't even close to centered when they put mine back on. If you have a good space and know what you're doing it'd be worth it to just remove the bumper entirely and re-install yourself, though you may want to have a buddy to help.

I'm not sure if you can really do much in terms of adjusting the middle/headlight fitment without full removal sadly; you can try only undoing the bottom bolts/rivets and see what wiggle room that gives you.

Sounds like a skill issue to me, full refund and go somewhere else. Also report them to your insurance co. as incompetent if you went through ins. for the work.

The car is still in the shop but out of the photos they sent to my insurance rep, this is the best one that would describe it. I don’t have much room at the house to work with so was hoping the collision center would do the repair/alignment.

You dont need to pull the bumper to realign. Loosen the bolts at the top and the side and you have some room to move. However if the bracket under it is misaligned. But that's a lot of work to check if the bracket is off my a few millimeters.
