I purchased a cup holder ashtray via Toyota and use it for my change, etc. It’s well made with a spring snap top.

There are few areas for this type of storage in the Supra.

Fits tight and flush and keeps your elbow from falling in the hole.

I have these but I can't seem to get them to fit with the rubber piece attached. They slot in fine without it but end up being a bit lower than the rest of the arm rest.

Did you fit them with the rubber bit - see image - and if you did, do you have any tips on making it work?

I saw this picture on Instagram and I’m trying to figure out if this is a custom item or available for purchase somewhere.

It's an official GR part from Toyota Japan.

@baagel @stormgreysupra

wanted to thank you guys again. The parts came in from Japan today. Clearly OEM quality but I would say the design leaves room for improvement but it will work.

the leather is similar grade but black which is ok. GR branding is a nice touch. Discs are padded similar to the armrest but because they simply wedge into the circumference of the opening with a void underneath, they flex if elbow weight is put on them. I may pack something in there later. Overall they fix the problem that has bugged me for the past year

My friend brought me one back. The underside needs a better design. they kind of float above the cup holders. The material isn't super rigid so forcing it in could bend/ break the foam. A rubber seal or rubber underside would have been better,

I agree if it got its strength from a cup holder filler it would have better rigidity and I suspect it would last longer instead of wedging into mearly the top.

Cool. I will try mine next Spring when my Supra comes out of hibernation. I don't need it to be super tight or anything as I don't put my arm on that area, I don't think, while I drive. I just want them covered. But I am pretty good with making things so I can probably fix any shortcomings.
