I didn't get either or a service booklet.

Just wondering if it's all digital now or if it's another thing the dealer got wrong.

Thanks

Wishing you better sevice as you should expect when buying halo supra.

Not a sausage Pav!

Absolutely shocking for any car/manufacture but for a new Supra!!

My first and probably only new car and I've had better service from a second hand car salesman.

Had mine almost a year now and have never been contacted by them.

Cheers
Tony

Apparently they've ordered me one and it should be here some time in September. I'll let you know how I get on.

@pav911

How is the Supra going?
Better or worse?
Curious.
I'm trying really hard to like it, but I just can't.

It's not 100% the car's fault though. I think it's a combination of the poor service from the dealer and that I really wanted an R8 V10, but couldn't afford one.

I'm gonna give it another 4-6 months and will save more towards a deposit for an R8 in the meantime and will decide then. I'm also thinking about maybe changing my Range Rover for an RS6 instead and getting some drama/excitement that way.

Curious.
Which R8 would you choose RWD or AWD?
Styling has me at a mixed bag. I think the Supra looks better.
Too much plastic front/rear and front looks like TT.
Stick with your Supra..

So i finally got a user manual through the post. Just the book. No wallet for it to go in.

@Browndog The invoice had the SKU OM99UU60U. Maybe you can use this to get your dealer to order one.

I just had a very strange conversation with Toyota GB Head Office. Apparently it's up to each franchised dealer to decide what documentation they give to a customer. Surely that makes no sense.

I got the same reply in an email from them when I asked about the wallet/holder.

Cheers Pav

I know how you are feeling about the Supra, and the V10 R8 was on my list of wants too.
I blame Toyota and the dealer for for this 100%:banghead:
Too think they have just sent me a letter telling me my service is due!!!:bat:
It wont ever be going back to them for servicing!!
4400 miles now, just changed the oil & filter myself. That's all they would do at this service.
Probably mess that up as well.

I will say, having it tuned, has made me love it how I wanted to from the beginning.
Every drive is now enjoyable.
The sound has a big part to play in that. :drive:

Where did you get it tuned? When you say sound, did you get a new exhaust too?

I'm still in two minds about whether or not to spend money on this car or just get rid of it in 6 months.

Have a look at the "Tuning in the UK" thread Pav.
I posted what I had done in there.

But quickly, not a new exhaust as I think they are so expensive when we already have one capable
of flowing lots more power, but a de-cat and OPF delete. Plus a remap. What they call stage 2.
Trust me, you'll want to drive it, much much more. :drive:

Toyota supra pro
manual and wallet came with mine, I questioned in the dealership beforehand since covid19 handover is rather a single person affair.
