Has anyone seen any noticeable difference from installing these or other aftermarket coils. Dinan has been offering these for BMW engines for as long as the Dinan brand has existed

There’s no noticeable difference to the driver and nothing different to be seen in datalogs either. Just stick with the OEM Eldor coils. If they work for 1300+ HP cars, they’ll work for you.

Not a Corvette.
OEM coils work just fine. You (or your tuner) can even up their charge energy a bit if you need to but I doubt you have to unless you are pushing 30psi+ out the top.

Thanks for the info. You confirmed my intnetions. I never bought them for my BMWs and will not buy them for my B58
