Doing my first modification, damn you strut brace bolt(e14 bolt, no socket)

I hadnt bothered to look at the bolt pattern on the strut brace prior to ordering my intake. Set out to start tonight and, yep, e14. I dont have those and no im not going to use a 13mm and risk wearing it down. Each time I clean the filter Ill need that socket anyways, so it looks like tomorrow on this minor mod. Anyone else cross that bridge and walk away doing absolutely nothing?

Oh well. Patience grass hopper. My son tried to tell me to just use a 13mm, I was once my son.

Not 13mm, it’s 11mm. Completely understand and agree with your reasoning, but a 6-point socket works perfectly without any damage.
