There's very little real technical discussion on effectiveness of downpipes.
I found one site who shows a backpressure measurement plot.
Has anyone seen similar -
particularly for the popular cat'ed downpipes such as Active Autowerk?
The scratchings below are estimates of air flow you might expect with resultant pressure drop.
The estimate - from 120 to 45 mbar (Stock to 200cpi) is about 1 psi less exhaust restriction after turbo.
