I'm installing a catless downpipe in my 2020 Supra but can't get the downpipe and the turbo to align at the flange, it looks like the two rear hanging bolts push the downpipe to the outside. Have any of you had this issue? Can I remove the rear hanging bracket from the downpipe?

Had the same issue. This is what I did.

Unbolt the exhaust closest to the downpipe to push it back for more wiggle room.
have the vband over the turbo to make things easier.
Install the dp over the 2 bolts first and hand tighten the screws a bit but still enough for wiggle room.
attach the dp to the turbo and hand tight the vband. Put it on but not super tight.
Hand tighten the dp screws a little more. The end goal is for it to clamp in as the clamp is above the screws. You need to push on the clamp a bit to open it (with your hand)

attach the exhaust to the dp and then start working your way up and down.

realining the exhaust will take a little force but once you get it on the bracket it’s all easy from there.

I installed mine when I changed my air intake as well. A lot easier to do it from the top of the engine bay.

make sure you take the stock graphite ring out gently and put it in the new dp if it didn’t come with one.

also shit may be hot. Wait an hour after driving and grab a towel when pulling out the dp

Did mine today and literally went through your tips. We were too lazy to take out the intake, so it was a pain working from below. The clamp is a real pain. Glad it all worked out and no leaks.
