Driver's side window switch, side mirrors, and blind spot monitoring lights on mirrors stopped working

I got this issue 2 weeks ago, after 3 days everyting started working again, today i washed my car, and its stopped working... mirrors closed in, had to pull them by hand? does anyone know what the official cause is?

I think something is just shorting out when it gets wet. Clearly something Toyota should address since it happens to everyone, but it’s incredibly annoying!

Really annoying indeed. It drives me insane haha i mailed to local dealership about it, im still waitinf for a response...

Bought my 2020LE end of June. Due to work haven't washed it until 2 weeks ago today. Only put just a few hundred miles on it so hardly driven it since buying it.

Power washed it and used a soap sud attachment. Since then the driver's side window switch panel has stopped working. Passenger side works fine though. Had a blind spot not working message on the screen

It's been 2 weeks and still won't work at all. I put the window down with my key fob and of course it won't go up. My key fob will not put the window up either, only works going down for some reason.

Have taken the door panel off, taken the mirror off too and taken it apart. Everything appears dry.

I'm at a complete loss as to what to do. Because I can't put my window up, obviously I can't take the car out and leave it so it's been sat in my driveway under a car cover.

It's got to the point where I'm looking at buying replacement driver side stuff.
