I’m reaching out to see if anyone has faced a similar issue and can share some guidance.

Background:
- Previous setup: Omega65, Reflex+, PI, TMS harness and built trans → car ran flawlessly with zero issues.
- Recent change: Switched to a top-mount setup added the BMR PCV block-off pins, BMR catch-can and did the evap delete (no other changes in the build).

Issue:
- Car drives perfectly fine most of the time.
- Every now and then, I get a random drivetrain fault.
- MHD scan shows: PT-CAN2 line fault / electrical fault.

Symptom: Supra throws a drivetrain fault and as soon as I coast to a stop the car goes in park and I get complete lockout from the transmission (gear won’t engage)

Troubleshooting done so far:
- Cleaned all DME plugs.
- Checked wiring thoroughly.
- Have been chasing the issue for a week without resolution.

Has anyone experienced something similar, especially after moving to a top-mount setup or with Reflex+ in the loop? Any suggestions or specific areas to check would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance for your support!
