Drone in 7th and 8th.

I've had an Evolution Racewerks catless downpipe on the car for about 3K miles and I've never experienced any drone with it but after I got it tuned it started droning a lot in the lower rev range of 7th and 8th gear and it bugs the hell out of me does anyone have a fix for this?

Yeah completely stock from the downpipe back.

Did you try disabling the active sound design system? This adds in a low tone to your sub-woofer to try to enhance the engine note. Maybe you are getting a weird resonance with the frequency your new exhaust system is creating in those gears at that RPM. I could barely even drive in sport mode in 7th or 8th gear with the ASD on in my stock exhaust system because it drones so bad.
