Vibrations during 5th and 8th gear

Hey! I recently got vibration through 5th in high rpm on the front of the car (only on throttle, feels like it comes from the engine compartment) and after an hour drive it sometimes disappear

And on cruise on 8th gear on 130-150kmh
All of the car vibrates with a wave pattern like vibration
If someone experienced one of those issues I'll be glad to hear if you found any solution
It happened recently
Mods:
Tomei dual exhaust
MST intake
Lower control arm steel bushing
Stage 1 bm3 ots

Try going back to the OEM bushings first and see if the vibrations persist.

The thing is that the vibrations happened suddenly not right after a mod like the bushings, installed them a year ago

Double check to see that everything is torqued down to spec with the suspension you changed. The vibration of the engine, transmission and roadways could have loosened the fasteners over time.

Added some clips hopefully its noticeable

I suspect it's the exhaust. It could have drooped a little over time and is now rubbing against the rear cross brace. Would create a nasty vibration/drone since the Tomei already has a good amount of drone even when installed properly.
