Hello, wanted to add that in South Jersey we have Pilot Travel Center in Cinnaminson Township. They have one E85 pump. Ive been using it regularly and its always good quality (around E75). I prefer going here over Mighty Joes as Mighty Joes is kinda in the boonies.
Also, if you need X85 or anything like that, there is a new VP station on Route 73 coming into NJ, getting off the Tacony Bridge from NE Philly. You'll notice a storage unit next to the gas station. An attendant told me they store extra fuel in there like X85.
