ECUTEK feels like vehicle is surging

Noticed when I first got my car back and tuned from the dyno I’d occasionally feel the car surging when getting into higher levels of boost. If I WOT or accelerate too hard I get a drivetrain malfunction. The DTCS I always get are :

120408

and I’ve seen these two twice alongside the previous two:

11A605

anyone able to read this short log and tell me if anything looks off? Felt the surging here 100%

Can't help with the codes but I had mx5 miata with ecutek tune that randomly surged when going off the gas and onto the brake. Take it back before it causes a bigger problem. I use bm3 on the supra, works very well.

All you need to do is contact your tuner (TPG)

This is 100% for your tuner/shop to diag for you.
