Error code 100315

Tuner changed a leaky line that came with my fuel it ethanol sensor with much better line. Then I got this injector error. He says it’s related to a clogged injector and I need to flash the 91 tune, currently running a full e85 with port, pure 800, etc, and run a full tank to clean it out. I think changing that line might be related. What do you think? Here is the code.

100315 - Injector cylinder 4, smallest-quantity adaptation: Negative correction.
100317 unknown

I’m also getting a low battery code, but not sure if one causes the other.

Anytime the battery is suspect/low you will get all sorts of erroneous codes thrown. I'd address the battery before anything else.

Thanks, used a charger to get the battery up to full power. Drove it, parked it, started it back up again and the code went away.
