I just installed the new Titan motorsports titanium exhaust, and after four hours and some fitment jerry rigging it appear to be good.
The only problem now is that the exhaust flap lines up with the actuator (in closed position) with the flap about 20% open. There is no more adjustment I can make to try and close the valve completely. This means the car is just as loud in normal mode as in sport mode. It's insanely loud (which is perfect if the valve works properly)
Is there a way to calibrate the actuator, or does it only spin that 90° along with the flap? It appears the flap fully opens on cold start? What am I missing here, or is this a fabrication issue with Titan motorsports?
Thanks guys!
