I finally figured out how to get back the default Supra Start up animation! Sharing here for anyone who runs into this problem in the future.
Context: bought car used and it already had a BMW start up animation. So I had no backups to restore the default option. I even imported a friend's stock backup, and it didn't restore the default option. If you've changed the option, then the "Unassigned value" isn't an option anymore.
Solution: In BimmerCode, pick Toyota Supra as your car, go to Head Unit, go to Expert Mode, click the search icon and search for "Start", you'll see an option like "Startup_Emblem", there are 15 variants, pick the 10th one, code that in and enjoy!
