Does this fade in the California sunlight, I got some ams wind deflectors and I’m about to replace them with dry carbon units because the black is starting to discolor compared to the black on the car.

Eventually, all carbon fiber parts will fade under strong sunlight. But quality carbon should last longer.

Just coat them with Suma ceramic spray. This will help protect all CF parts from the sun.
