Adami isn't the problem. When one car constantly qualifies p15 plus, and the other in the top 10, it's not the guy on pit wall.
I think we could both agree it's not a performance enhancer though, is it? :confused1:

That man has had the worst luck of anyone. Always ending up at teams right before, or right after they are good. In my opinion he's the second best driver on the grid, still to this day. I wish he would've been in the other RedBull. The season would've looked very different. I hope Newey and Honda got it right for the new regs and Alonso can hit the ground running.
Alonso's problem is that he has always been a duplicitous little shit, his "bad luck" is his own doing. 😂

OK, the season is over. McLaren wins. Lando wins. It was fun and a bit nervous for Lando, but it's over.

Now, just how different will the cars and rules be for 2026? Will the spread from 1st to 20th in qualifying time go from 1.5 -2.0 seconds to 2.5-4.0 seconds? No more DRS... OK. But will the new adjustable front & rear wings and more electric power make passing better... or worse? Will any of the BIG 4 slip back into the mid-pack? Will any mid-pack teams move up to contend for podiums (we're looking at you, Aston Martin)? Just how good (or bad) will Cadillac be? Is Haas looking to get Toyota back into F1? I think it's funny that Toyota is willing to sponsor a Ferrari powered car.

Nothing else to talk about, what do y’all think of the Cadillac testing livery and RB and Racing Bulls scheme this year. I like that RB changed it up… same same but different. I’m digging the testing livery on Cadillac.

I'm just waiting until Monday the 26th for the first test day. At least that week we'll get some idea of how things are going to work and which teams have cars that actually run and which teams aren't really up to speed yet.

Sounds like Lewis is getting a new race engineer 🙌🏻 I get the whole Ferrari wanting to keep the Italian heritage alive but it was starting to get painful to listen to the two during a race. Communication is not Ferraris strong point.

I feel Ferrari's issue is just like Ducati's in Moto GP. It has to "Be the Italian way" "we know best" until Gigi stepped in it was just downhill. Rossi (and i know take with a grain of salt) always said they refused to change, they wouldn't listen. It has to be their way, it's the only way.

I feel until Ferrari step up and totally shakes up their way of thinking and way of doing things they will continue to flounder. Even when they had the *** yet to be disclosed advantage*** they mess up their strategy all the time. We know Lewis is over the hill of his prime, but when you pay him that much to come race for you, you give him what he wants and needs. If you gotta move the current strategist into a different role to get Lewis someone that gels with him you do that. You shake up the pit wall and find what works. You don't expect the driver you are dropping tens of millions on to try to adjust to your way of doing things when it doesn't seem to work.

But you know "It's a Ferrari"

So the Haas car livery has been unveiled. Should we all be supporting them in 2026? I guess I kind of like it. But it still seems strange for Toyota (or Gazoo Racing if you prefer) is the title sponsor on a car powered by Ferrari?

I will be cheering them on and Cadillac too. Even though I’ve never owned a Cadillac or follow their model updates. I’m a fan of Bottas and Perrez.

Not really. First, Toyota slapped their badge on a car powered by Subaru. Then they did it on a car powered by BMW. Now, Ferrari. Just natural progression.

My first team will always be Mercedes, I’ve always wanted HAAS to do good being an American team, now I’ll pull for Cadillac too. I like Bottas, indifferent to Perez. my driver is LH, but I’m a huge Antonelli fan too. I like Lando and Piastri.

im excited for this season and to see who is at the top of the pecking order.

I'd like to see Mercedes properly challenging again - Russell should be able to challenge for a WDC if they deliver, he's always been the real deal. Antonelli probably needs another year and then he'll be solid too.

You're kind of right, and I even owned a Subaru/Toyota and now own a BMW/Toyota! Silly me!
