Which clIps? The lip piece has molded-in snaps that clip into the bumper cutouts. There is no other retention clips needed.

If the the molded-in snaps are broken just buy a new piece. Its like $45.

If you see on the bottom of that piece, there is trim clips that keep held in on the bottom

You’re talking about the 8mm push retainers that go on the outside of the bumper.

I took pics of mine for reference. They’re the same size as the ones on Amazon.

I'll also add, I saw some of the plastic fasteners at Harbor Freight in a full kit - Might be worth checking there and seeing if they have a size that matches. I think Pittsburgh made them?
