Quick Question, does somebody know if it would make any difference if i get this https://dorchengineering.com/product/b58-gen2-hpfp-injectors with stock turbo? Any more HP Gains? Thx
It’d only be beneficial for a stock turbo if you’re planning to increase power significantly, especially with ethanol blends. What’s your current setup HP goal and plans with the car?

Their claims and what I’d be asking before pulling the trigger on something with that kind of price tag: 1) Increase fueling capacity by 30% more fuel flow compared to stock injectors, needed with a higher horsepower. Is this w/out any additional fuel system upgrades? 2) Direct fit and OEM integration with the stock ECU when tuning. Thus, no benefit by itself. 3) Future upgrades for long-term performance goals. Again, no benefit w/out future mods & tune.

Regardless, to fully utilize this on a stock turbo, it’d likely be overkill unless you’re running ethanol blends or planning significant power increases. I really doubt you’d get anything from it on pump gas w/out a downpipe, intake and a tune.

Example: I recently was looking at something someone else was considering. Should I get it?

I’m running stock power and no plans for increasing HP. If it ain’t broke, why fix it… My funds are limited ? But if you gotta a hole to burn in your pocket, go for it. Even then, consider everytime you change something, there’s a chance of something going wrong and more downtime from actually driving the car ??

Dude, I know you are in your usual morning-on-the-toilet post frenzy but good lord, focus! This thread has literally nothing to do with axles.

True… I was running at both ends ? thinking it was a great example of spending money on shiitake ? not needed - while baiting others to get a more edumakated response ?
