Good asking price for 23 A91 MT?

I’m not greedy, just looking for a smooth sale since the car is only getting replaced with something different. 22k miles exact on the dash, has been recently serviced and only washed by me. Never tracked and was only driven for weekend cruises. Front PPF. Anybody have a good idea what’s a fair price for quick sale?
