You use a level (duh ... not trying to be a smart arse) and park on a level surface. Then make a blue tape hinge on transfer layer before you apply the graphic. If you are OCD, you can do a wet application so you can slide it around a bit if the placement is off. Then squeegee the moisture out and the graphic down, with microfiber wrapped around the squeegee. Peel off the transfer layer (squeegee more if needed - gently) and BOOM!I always wondered, how do you ensure they are put on level?
