End result... I created just what I was looking for.

Secured in place with Velcro adhered under the silver bulkhead bar and the loop side stitched to the black material (double sided).

A clean separation between the two compartments.

Good job. Looks fantastic! In the UK, so I will have to find a local solution but would like to base it on your design if that's ok?
Would you be willing to share the dimensions of the template?

I know this is an old thread but I was considering making something similar to cover my kid’s golf clubs.

I planned to make it out of ballistic nylon cloth or a black piece of sail cloth but the leather looks nice as well!

~ The first one I had created for my car was made of black vinyl. The second one was in high-end Ferrari leather (had to buy an entire hide). The continuous leather smell is worth the price of admission to me. The downside to the thick leather is the challenge to stitch the rounded tunnel area for the upholster.

~ I have one in production right now that is spoken for in leather (delay after delay with the upholster). I guess the leather is a challenge to stitch around the tunnel area.

If I have additional ones produced they would be in black vinyl and the cost is $350. This includes the double sided divider, heavy duty Velcro, instructions and shipping.

Intially I had this produced just for my personal car but if the demand is there… I can have a couple others made.
