Headlight don't turn on after turn off the car.

I'm rebuilding a 2020 supra, a get a used headlights front a 2021 when I connect the headlight those stay on but when I turn off the car and leave off for a while the lights don't turn on again until i unplug and plug again.
Somebody can help me i can't find the problem. I have to program the computer if i got new headlights. Thank you in advance

Are you hooking up to the car with the oem tool ISTA for programming and diagnosing? - This will be very helpful when rebuilding/working on any bmw (toyota) in this case there is a version for the supra -

This. Attach to the correct relay and code the car
Edit: you may need a translator open up because when I code my BMWs it’s all in fucking German.
