Help identifying a part, clips on engine shield

I need to replace a few of the plastic clips on the aluminum splash field under the engine but having trouble IDing what the part number is. Does anyone know if this is known as the "shield nut"? While it almost makes sense, the diagrams are terrible and are of no help.
