How to remove seatbelt from stock seat.

Hello, I am trying to install bucket seats in my car. I just ordered a set of 4-point harnesses, but they won't be here for 3 months. The issue I'm running into is where the clip for the seatbelt connects to the main harness under the seat. Additionally, I'm unsure about the type of nut I will need to connect it to my aftermarket seat rails, as it appears that the one for the stock seats is welded.
