How was my car tuned?

I picked up thus 2020 3.0 over a year ago. I bought the car with a catless downpipe, armaspeed intake, and mishimoto charge pipe. Despite being catless, there is no CEL. I used MHD to run for codes and attached that here. Can someone help me understand: what does the file listed with the last flash mean? Is that a custom tune? What tuning software allows the O2 to be turned off so there's no CEL and allows the car to still run amazing with O2 turned off?

It would be great if the tuner that tuned this car is in this forum and is able to respond. I'm just trying to learn more about the tune.

I've only reached out to MHD so far and they've confirmed that this car wasn't previously tuned on MHD.

That isn't going to show much as the ROM ID is spoofed to a OEM #.

Try contacting Bootmod3 as well.
