I believe that is the active sound design module/amp. It's what pumps the fake engine noise into the cabin via the speakers...

Well I can strip that and the telematic module out

Fwiw I found the rear diff electronic controler and the fuel pump Ecu. Think I still need them. Lol

It is the audio amplifier for all speakers. And it is required for all firmware updates.
