Can anyone tell me exactly what I can do for these codes?

The only important one is the downpipe code. It sounds like you upgraded the downpipe, triggering the check engine light.
its only a warning so you can ignore it or get a downpipe that does not trigger the check engine light

No yeah I understand the CEL and code for downpipe because Its catless.

my main concern was the other 2 codes for
”short circuit “ and “exhaust flap”

I have a boostlogic exhaust, When I press sport mode I dont hear the valve open but I can tell because it starts popping and when in comfort it doesnt pop. Am I supposed to hear it open like stock exhaust?
