Ist there any possible way to disable Error Codes on Bimmercode? So it doesnt permanantly pop up on my screen or dashboard?

I would fix the problem first. Also, Bimmercode cannot code that out. Protool can.

Do any suspension work lately like lowering springs or coilovers? If yes, your rear ride height sensor probably got damaged or out of place.
