Jb4 unlocking

Hi all first thread post, new to having a supra.
Just brought a second hand JB4 and I'm having problems unlocking it. I'm still in contact with the previous owner but everytime I try sending the attachment file via email to the support team the attachment is not attached.

Anyone else have this problem before? If so what did you do about resolving it?

If he knows his Jb4 account Info ask him to give it to you. Connect to the Jb4 with the app and log in with his account. Then press unlink current kit. About contacting the support team I’m not sure, maybe try sending the screenshot in a .pdf format? If you would like you can PM me and I’ll try to send the screenshot to them and have them unlink it.

Burger needs a screencap of the error message and they can fix it right away. They deal with this issue all the time. Not sure why your email is stripping the attachment. Maybe call them and then tell them the error text verbally. Or type it into the body of the email.

Didn't think of that, just asked for details so hopefully I can get into it and unlink it, if no luck and it's no problem for you to do that. It will be great help!

sent over a email to them about an hour ago so I'm waiting on a response. Hopefully they reply soon, I want to have a play lol

I just went through this. I was unable to unlink via the previous owner's info (option was unavailable) so I emailed them from within the app, I think, gave them the previous owner's info, and asked for a reset. They did it same day.

I live in the UK so calling them is a bit hard as time difference and cost of the call per minute is very high. I'm hoping they will reply very soon
