Lower Control Arm Bolt - The E20 one

Has anyone needed to replace this bolt? I'm unable to find it on the parts layout I see for the rear suspension components. It's the E20 torx bolt that I circled in red below.

I'm also have a tough time getting that hole to align for the bolt to go through. Any tips or tricks?

It seems like it should be one of these, but #19 isn't available. #17 seems more like the bolt that holds the shock since it's right before the spring.

Updating thread in case anyone every runs into this. I ordered it and it's the correct bolt.

It is #17 in the diagram: Part# 90118-WA291

The bolt that holds the shock is in a different diagram: Part# 90118-WA344

sorry this is late as hell, but I’m pretty sure it’s 122 ft/lbs + 90 degree turn.
