Just recently installed the MHD flex fuel kit on my manual Supra. After tuning it threw a shadow (inactive) MHD001 code. The car reads the ethanol properly and seems to be running just fine. When I clear the code it doesn’t come back. However I’m not really sure how many miles I’d need to drive for it to come back. However, everytime I flash tune the car, the shadow code does pop up and I have to clear it.

Do I need to pull the wiring and check everything? Everything seems to be working just fine? Is this just a fault?

Did you ever get this resolved? Same issue here on manual.

***disregard*** posi-tap connector wasn’t fully seated.
