multiple part numbers for OEM Springs

can someone clarify to me why there are multiple part numbers for the OEM springs? Everything should ahve the AVS (adaptive variable suspension) but what are they talking about "with mark" or "without mark" Im working with a manufacturer for lowering springs and I need some clarification.

this is really weird, I was going to check what the part catalog I'm using said and the front springs are not listed, they are not even drawn on the diagrams ? not sure why.. (the rear springs are listed)
BMW used to tag springs with a folded sticker on the spring itself, did you have a look for the part number tag on the car? if your lucky you may be able to read the part number there
