Navigation not working.

I bought my supra last Friday 2 hours away from where I live and my navigation is not working. I dont want to drive 2 hours again to have it activated. What dealer have you guys had a good experience with and actually have a supra tech that knows what they are doing ? Preferably in the suburbs of Chicago ?

Bought mine 3 weeks ago and I also got it without it activated. I also had to drive 2 hours away for mine. The dealer made up some excuse about how they couldn't do it that day and that I should go to a dealership around me to get it done and that they should be able to do it
