I thought the 6MT Premiums could be had in the mid $50ks if you look hard enough? Either the videos or people I’ve talked to are lying or prices have not come down due to high interest rates. In all honesty, I haven’t looked around for a year and a half so I probably shouldn’t be speaking.
I picked one up this month and searched long and hard for particular color. Asking prices are all over the place from $4K under MSRP to $20K over. Then there are all those dealer junk add-ons like VIN etching and wax some try to add for up to another $2K. On top of that, let's not forget $1,500 dealer fees and $500 document fees. So, it is very hard to compare deals until you get down to the final numbers which some dealers try to hide.

I found 2 cars that were the color I wanted and while both said MSRP deals, the delta between the 2 cars was $4K because of the tricks some dealers play listed above.

Therefore, unless you have the whole purchase order, it is hard to really know what folks are paying.

Just the first site I pulled up. Only two that are under 60k on here that are MTs but they're not new and they're over 55k still

Or you can go with this one. They were nice enough to only add $1,500 dealer junk fees on top of the $20K market adjustment.

Was just kicking around the idea of selling my blue mt and I would not part with it for less than 60k so seems like a decent deal.

Ignoring your car trade in, I think $62k ish is a good deal for a new Supra. I just got mine in TX too and it was the only dealership I could get as close to MSRP as possible (everyone else had $8k-$15k silly markups)

I traded in my 2013 FRS with 67k miles on it for $11k value (so I paid a final price of everything of about $53k). They offered $7k initially, but I went to carmax that morning with the official appraisal paper for $11k and they were nice enough to match it. So go to carmax first!

I bought my 23 Premium MT for 62k out the door as well back in Dec 2022. I believe my MSRP was also about 58K. Sounds like a decent deal to me. You are losing money on those mirror caps, but I wouldn't sweat over the 900. Just make sure you watch out for those %s. I hear 5-6% is the going rate these days. Correct me if I'm wrong guys.

63k OTD seems good to me. I recently found a 2024 MT in Texas for 69k OTD. That was about the lowest I could get a dealership in my area to go.

Can’t speak for now, but in 2022 we were all going out of FL and TX to get our cars. If you wanted one at MSRP

How did you get a $2,000 discount? and OTD for $63.5 is a great deal. I was quoted $69k OTD.

I work at Toyota so this was employee discount. I ended up going with a white one instead so the the black one is available at msrp if anyone is interested.

Here's the deal I secured today, for reference. Car's in transit. Premium, M/T, Driver Assist Package, Carbon Fiber Mirror Caps.

Wow! selling discount finally looks pre Covid. 2 door true sports cars were generally 10-20% off MSRP. 5% off and minimal crap add on is an amazing deal Post Covid.
