Hey guys, I'm hoping someone more experienced with reading MHD logs can take a look at these two logs and help me figure out what might be going on.
Car is a 2022 Supra 3.0 running MHD Stage 2 93 OTS with a catless downpipe. I'm still pretty new to actually interpreting logs, so I don't want to jump to conclusions based on numbers I may not fully understand.
Today during a hard pull I got 1 misfire each on cylinders 2, 4, and 5. No persistent codes. It was only detected by me having the BimmerLink carplay module pulled up during my drive. I pulled a couple logs afterward and noticed what looks like some pretty significant timing being pulled on multiple cylinders in one of them. The other log seems cleaner during parts of the pull, but then I see timing being pulled again around the shift. That's about the extent of what I can confidently interpret from them.
Some additional context:
My current plan is to install all six new coils when they arrive, inspect the connectors and wiring closely while I'm in there, and check the plugs as well.
I'm mainly looking for someone who knows these cars/logs better than I do to look through both files and tell me what stands out. I'm particularly concerned about whether I'm actually seeing knock, whether the misfires and timing corrections could be related to the coils/connectors, or whether there is something else in the logs that I should be paying attention to.
I don't really know enough about interpreting MHD logs yet to say what is normal versus abnormal here, so I'd rather have someone experienced look at the actual data than keep guessing or doing more hard pulls.
Both logs taken from today attached. Any help interpreting what's going on would be appreciated.
Log 1 - recorded with 93 oct fuel from Shell
Log 2 - recorded after I filled up with 93 oct fuel from Costco just prior. EDIT: not a clean log. Not WOT.
3rd Gear WOT
3rd Gear WOT second run
4th Gear WOT

Some additional context:
- Car has around 70k miles
- OEM spark plugs were replaced about 3,000 miles ago
- Current coil packs are the older/original set
- I just ordered six new coil packs and am waiting for them to arrive
- Running 93 octane
- First log had IATs around 126 to 136°F
- Second log was cooler at around 117°F
- I saw timing corrections as high as roughly -6° to -8° in parts of the logs
My current plan is to install all six new coils when they arrive, inspect the connectors and wiring closely while I'm in there, and check the plugs as well.
