For the record i ended up not liking this and reverting back to stock. You will build up oil in it as a result of the blowby. The oil will eventually drip out. The stock pipe does a better job of containing the oil. While it is still there, the stock pipe has texture and some other internals going on i suspect to deal with the oil vapors better to some degree.
makes sense.. i did purchase it used, and he got a good amount of oil up in there when i picked it up, had to clean it off. He was running the pure 800 Turbo and up the boost (till it blew), i thought it had something to do with that. But then again when i was removing my charge pipe and intake, i notice some oil residue not much but enough to notice (barely 2500 miles)..

thanks for the tip. Wonder if catch cans would actually work, but ive heard people who’ve installed catch can report them as dry..

There is a lot more oil then you think in your stock pipe. I had my propped up for days allowing it to drain and i only had 1500 miles at the time. With the ftp the oil would drip out and be all over the bottom plate or drip out at the rubber hose and splash all over when they hit the belts. Just keep an eye on it, might be putting it back on the market

Did anyone solve the clip issue? Also is the o ring for the throttle body side OEM as well?
